Master Benedict White, Farrier

Benedict White, Farrier
When a child Benedict father John White moved to Cowdray House during the rain of Edward VI to avoid persecution
for being Catholic. Benedict’s father John became the farrier for the stables and Benedict himself became a groom. Benedict
is traveling with the Viscount Montague because the farrier who was going to go on the trip, became ill and Benedict was appointed farrier for the trip. He is overjoyed tohave newly moved up in
the world and is terribly afraid that he will mess up on something or that something he is in charge of will go wrong. Benedict
is single, but seeing as he is now making enough to support a family he may be looking for a wife. However, he is very particular and he is mainly concerned with his job. Benedict like most men of the
time can read, right, add and subtract. Benedict loves food and is not above sneaking a tasty morsel when he can get it.
